With decades of experience as a Human Resources Executive and as a serial entrepreneur, Tina brings unmatched insight to the challenges and opportunities faced by today’s business owners, leaders, and professionals.
Why We Exist
In recent years, Tina began hearing the same concern from nearly every client: “I know I need to use AI, but I don’t know where to start.” That statement ignited a new path, passion, and mission.
Determined to help clients move forward with confidence, Tina immersed herself in the world of AI. She completed a year-long certification program, practicum, and rigorous exam to become a Certified AI Consultant and Certified AI Implementation Specialist.
From the drive to cut through the noise and align the right tools, The Link Consulting Group was born—built to serve business owners, leaders, and professionals so they can move further, faster, and stay competitive in a rapidly changing world.

When not working or exploring the latest AI tools, Tina is a follower of Christ, a lifelong learner, and passionate about personal development (which is why she started Success Coaching Solutions). Living in Michigan supports two of her passions—water and biking trails. Her greatest passion is her family— spending time with them as often as possible. She’s a wife of more than 30 years, mom to two adult children, and a twice-blessed Nana—her favorite title of all.
